Q: Where are you located?
A: Fenotion.com main offices are located in Ningbo, China. For more information please visit our About Us and Contact Us pages.Our company cooperates with support departments in major European countries, being able to provide our abroad customers the best possible aftersales experience.
 
 
Q: What information should I use as my delivery address?
A: Since we are using registered (signed-for) mail to send you order, it is best to use your home address as your delivery address.
 
 
Q: Where from, how and when will my order be shipped?
A: All our orders are shipped by a third party logistics company based in Ningbo. We ship our orders by registered mail (unless otherwise stated). We usually ship our orders within 3-7 days after the successful redemption of your coupon on our redemption platform. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with your order's tracking number. 
 
 
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: You can expect to receive your order within the timeframe stated on the "Details" / "Fine Print" of the deal site you acquired your coupon from.
 
 
Q: I have bought additional coupons of the same item / many coupons from different products. Is it possible to pay the shipping cost once and send them all in one package?
A: The postage cost we provide our customers with, is the lowest possible. Postage of our orders is performed by a third party logistics company and the charge is based upon weight and packaging/handling cost of each item. Based on the above, the shipping cost is per coupon/item and in case you have more than one coupons, you will need to complete separate shipping cost payments.
 
 
Q: Can i buy your products with cash-on-delivery?
A: Unfortunately at this time, you can only buy our products from deal sites they are featured in. Since shipping is performed by registered mail, there is no way to pay for your order with cash on delivery.
 
 
Q: Can i pay for the shipping cost with cash-on-delivery?
A: Unfortunately at this time, you can only pay for the shipping cost by using Paypal. Since shipping is performed by registered mail, there is no way to pay for the shipping cost with cash on delivery.
 
 
Q: Is there another way to pay for the shipping cost of my order besides Paypal?
A: At this time, the only available way to pay for the shipping cost of your order is through paypal. That does not mean you need a paypal account, you can pay by just using your credit/debit card. You can do that by clicking on the "Don't have a Paypal Account?" link after our redemption platform redirects you to Paypal.
 
 
Q: How do i know i have successfully redeemed my coupon and paid for the shipping costs?
A: After the successful redemption of your coupon and successful postage payment of your order, you will receive an email from us with your name, coupon and order number information. In case you tried to redeem your coupon and haven't received the Successful Redemption Email, please visit https://www.fenotion.com/redeem and enter your coupon details (coupon code, security code). You will then be able to continue the redemption of your coupon. 
 
 
Q: Can i change my shipping information after the successful redemption of my coupon?
A: The only way to change your shipping information after successfully redeeming your coupon, is by emailing us at coupons@fenotion.com providing us with your order number and the shipping information you would like us to change.
